Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to a "clause" are to a clause of these Terms and Conditions.

Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on tk992. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tk992 reserves the right to merge the accounts, close one or all duplicate accounts, and void any bonuses or winnings generated through the duplicate account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify tk992 promptly of any changes by updating your account profile or contacting support.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. tk992 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available to all registered Players at no charge via the account security settings panel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify the tk992 support team immediately at [email protected]. tk992 will investigate the matter promptly and may temporarily suspend account access pending the outcome of that investigation.

tk992 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from tk992 that requests your account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team without delay.

Account Verification (KYC)

KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large transaction volumes, or the Platform's routine audit process. Players are required to cooperate fully with KYC requests and to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically actioned within 24 hours, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.
• Any Bonus Balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request where the Real Money Balance alone is being withdrawn.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, at the time of making their first qualifying deposit. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — whether through duplicate accounts, shared payment methods, or other means — constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are held separately from the Real Money Balance. Wagering activity drawn from Bonus Balance contributes to the wagering requirement applicable to that bonus.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on tk992 is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet bonus balances expire at the end of this window.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including but not limited to internet disconnection, server error, or game client crash — tk992 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where a bet has been placed and confirmed by the server prior to a technical failure, the bet will stand. Where a technical failure occurs before a bet is confirmed by the server, any funds held in a temporary bet placement state will be returned to the Player's balance. In cases of dispute regarding technical failures, the server-side logs maintained by tk992 and the relevant Game Provider constitute the authoritative record.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using tk992, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful of the rights of other Players and of the Platform. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on tk992 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent Activity: Attempting to deceive tk992 or any other Player through misrepresentation, false identity, forged documents, or any other form of fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using tk992 as a vehicle for depositing, converting, or withdrawing funds derived from unlawful activity. tk992 operates anti-money-laundering (AML) controls and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal on a deposit while the corresponding funds remain in the Player's Account balance or have been wagered. Chargeback abuse will result in immediate account closure and debt recovery action.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, particularly poker-format or multi-player games.
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with tk992 in a manner not sanctioned by the Platform to gain an advantage over other Players or over the house.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel on tk992 to harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate any support agent or other Player.
• Underage Access: Registering for or using a tk992 Account while under 18 years of age, or assisting a person under 18 in doing so.

tk992 reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these obligations. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus and real money balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the tk992 support team at [email protected]. Before closing the account, any remaining Real Money Balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC completion. Bonus Balance that has not met its wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Platform-Initiated Suspension and Closure

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• The Player being identified as a Prohibited Player as defined in Section 1.
• Chargeback activity or payment dispute raised against tk992 in bad faith.

Where a Player Account is closed by tk992 due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or chargeback abuse, the Platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to pursue debt recovery through available legal channels.

Limitation of Liability

tk992 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While the Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous uptime and accurate content, it does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that game results will be free from technical disruption. Players use the Platform at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk992 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's voluntary gambling activity on the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.
• Technical failures beyond the reasonable control of tk992, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider downtime, and Game Provider server failures.
• Any action taken by a Player in reliance on information contained on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may hold under applicable Bangladeshi law.

In all cases, tk992's aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from any single event shall not exceed the total value of that Player's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant event occurred.

Amendments to These Terms

tk992 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will notify registered Players by publishing a notice on the homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Player's Account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date in the hero section of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 8 of these Terms.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process will be referred to mediation prior to formal legal proceedings being initiated. For the avoidance of doubt, the language of any dispute resolution process is English.
